Refund and returns policy

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have (according to article 3 of Law 2251/94) the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.
• We ask that all items be in unworn condition with attached tags and original packaging. In addition, it must be accompanied by all the documents that were included in the packaging when it was purchased (Shipping Note, Invoice, Retail Receipt).
• If the products are fitted, no compensation is possible unless they are shown to be non-compliant and faulty.
• Returns are not accepted for products that have been specially ordered or imported for the customer.
• We do not offer refunds.
• All charges incurred as the result of a return or exchange (i.e. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
