Inverter technology
Thanks to the Inverter technology, it maintains a constant temperature and lower consumption than simple rapid heaters as it uses only the necessary power to heat the water to the desired temperature.
In addition, it is allowed to connect the rapid heater in series with a solar water heater for greater economy.
Place
It is central and can be used either as the main water heating option for your home, or as a supplement. It can provide hot water throughout the house for your daily needs, as long as there is proper piping to distribute the hot water. This can potentially result in heat and energy losses arising due to distance.
Digital screen
It is equipped with an integrated digital display that shows you the temperature of the water and at the same time gives you the possibility to choose it yourself.
Characteristics:
Easy and quick installation.
6th generation cast aluminum heating element technology (0% Salts).
Dynamic temperature adjustment “DTC” from 25°C – 55°C.
LED digit display & touch dials for settings and customization.
Power range adjustment (3 in 1 SMART POWER) from 3.5kW, 4.5kW and 5.5kW.
Hybrid mounting technology.
Multiple safety valves.
Continuous self-diagnosis of good operation and faults.
Double leakage current protection (RCD 28mA, ELPW).
Innovative design.
What is a water heater?
A rapid water heater is a type of water heater that heats water in real time. It heats only the water that passes through it at that moment. That is, there is no hot water storage tank. This has many advantages, such as energy savings, since only the water used is heated, as well as a longer life, since there is no water tank and scale build-up on the resistance and other components.
It works with electricity and is single-phase.
How does it work
The instant water heater has a cold water inlet pipe, which passes through the resistance, heats up and exits to the hot water outlet pipe. A necessary condition for the rapid water heater to work initially is that the cold water inlet pressure is not too low.
The water temperature is regulated by a thermostat so that it does not exceed a maximum value. The temperatures that the hot water reaches are preset so that one can use the hot water directly, without the need to mix it with cold water.
The maximum temperature it can reach for hot water production is 55 °C, while the maximum water flow rate reaches up to 4 liters per minute. Indicatively, 38-42 °C degrees are the standard for shower use.
Advantages of rapid water heater compared to the classic electric water heater
It is small in size and does not take up much space.
There are no energy losses, since only the water used at that moment is heated. So we save money on the electricity bill. In the classic water heater, hot water that is not used is wasted.
The hot water used in the rapid water heater is used as is, without mixing with cold water, as is the case with the classic water heater. This way we also save water, in addition to electricity.
No need to wait for the water to heat up. As soon as we turn on the tap, hot water flows in a few seconds. The classic water heater needs a few minutes, depending on its size.
Hot water never runs out. As long as we have the tap open, we will have hot water.
